NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL

The FDA is one of the most respected and important health organizations worldwide. Having obtained its certification and endorsement is a great recognition to the excellence of our products. Due to its high demands, we are the only Peruvian manufacturers of Hygiene and Safety Apparel that has reached this superior quality standard. Thus, we can now export to the USA, Personal Protective Equipment of the highest level.

Certification of Good Storage Practices (GSP), granted by DIRESA Callao. This certification guarantees that RYG SAC complies with the standards and requirements established for the storage and marketing of low-risk medical devices, in accordance with the provisions of RM N°132-2015.

We are certified to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 13485: 2016 standards by the certifying company TNV.

We received the validation hologram until 2024 for the certificate of licensed manufacturer of biodegradable d2w technology, issued by SYMPHONY ENVIROMENTAL (United Kingdom). This certification with number 1810004 accredits us as a company that uses biodegradable d2w technology (controlled shelf life) in the manufacture of its polyethylene products.

Protection and preservation

The d2w technology allows the plastic to have a controlled useful life (2 to 5 years), i.e., it will eventually biodegrade and return to nature without polluting the environment, unlike conventional plastic, which takes up to 200 years to disappear from our planet.

Masterbatch d2w is combined with the raw material in a percentage of 1% for flexible and rigid materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene. Its use does not require any special production processes or modifications to existing equipment.
The use of d2w technology does not alter the mechanical, optical, printing, sealing, impermeability or barrier properties of the plastic during its useful life.

Thanks to this technology it is now possible to manufacture biodegradable plastic products with a minimum of investment, bringing great benefits to the planet.
